4 Benefits of Pullups for Women


Because you are a woman, you are certainly not confident about what type of working out you need to do in order to get the results you want, almost all women would like to be skinny and beautifully shaped, like you may know that Men are likely to use the chin up bar to get buff their chest, biceps and shoulders, but we don’t have men bodies here,

we are ladies we don’t wanna get the same muscle like our men do, the good news is working with pull up bar as a lady is not going to give you the same result as we discussed earlier, but it will work on your whole body(shoulders, arms, back ...) in tune way, which will allow you to look in an open backed dresses like the actors ( scarlett johansson, nicole kidman, cate blanchett... ) in the red carpet also will build an attractive shape, and there are so many benefits of pull ups but i am gonna share just the best of the best, so take your seat and let’s discover them together.

Yes by doing pull up you can lose weight without having to run 3 hours every day, because it’s can get your heartbeat up and loss the fat around your but, in order to do that you have to do another exercise between your sets or decrease the time between them.

I know that women prefer to tone the core (yes because i want to), but you may not believe that a simple exercise of pull up bar can make your core strong, i am here to tell you that it certainly can, in order to strengthen your core you have to hang sit ups or to hang off the bar with pulling your knees up into your chest, in those exercises your core will definitely feel the hard work and after two weeks or 3 weeks you will see the change.

3.Intensity:

We all know that in order to increase your exercises intensity you have to do the hard traditional work, but by exercising pull ups you are able to raise the intensity of your workout by just attaching Kettlebell to your feet(holding the kettlebell using your feet).

4.Different uses:

The Beauty of pull ups is that there are a wide variety of pull up, yes you hear me right, you can change the exercise by changing just your grip position and the whole exercise will change without using any extra gears, you want to grow up a great lats so you need to overhand pull-up, or you might want to focus on your biceps so you need to reverse your grip in the exercise, you can also close the grip or open the grip, you are the one who choose the position you want.
